If the weather is good, we'll go for a swim in the River Aare during the day. There's a beautiful channel where you can let yourself carry down the stream and a couple bridges to jump from... Bring swimwear.

Many people are travelling and using holidays to see us get married and we are overwhelmed that all of you are coming. We do not expect a gift on top of that.
I mean you can get a card, right, but beyond that is honestly not expected or needed.
If you feel very wronged by this, know that you can't go wrong.

Some have contributed to the celebrations or our honeymoon, some have planned to share some time together, others have already paid dearly for the privilege to be part of our preparations and ongoing support. You know who you are... We are grateful for all of it. :) Again, you can't go wrong.
The Wedding will take place on Schloss Liebegg, about 15 minutes from Aarau. Transport from and back to Aarau will be provided.

About a 10 minute walk from the Trainstation.
We advise you not to rent a car if you arrive on Thursday for the sole purpose of the wedding celebrations. The train is not only cheaper but often faster due to ongoing roadworks.

Direct Trains to Aarau or via Zurich Hauptbahnhof take 40-60mins.
There are direct Trains to Aarau, but the connection via Zurich HB (Zurich Mainstation) is often faster.
